Rice – Do NOT use freshly steamed rice. Freshly steamed rice has an excessive amount of dampness and could make your Thai Basil Fried Rice soggy and mushy. The rice needs to be at the very least at some point previous. I prefer to make my rice ahead of time and lay it out on the baking sheet to dry out right away while in the refrigerator.Great r
